Beach Home 1 - 250.00 p.d. / 1,700.00 p.w.
Beach Home 2 - 275.00 p.d. / 1,900.00 p.w.
Beach Home 3 - 200.00 p.d. / 1,300.00 p.w.
In-Season - December 15th to April 15th
Beach Home 1 - 325.00 p.d. / 2,200.00 p.w.
Beach Home 2 - 350.00 p.d. / 2,400.00 p.w.
Beach Home 3 - 275.00 p.d. / 1,800.00 p.w.
Upon confirmation of your reservation a deposit of 500 USD is required or 1,000 USD for stays over two weeks to hold your reservation. If you cancel your reservation once your deposit has been received, there will be a cancellation fee of $250.00.
If you cancel within 60 days of your reservation date, then your entire deposit will be non-refundable. The balance will be payable upon arrival in St. Martin in the form of cash or travelers check. A minimum stay of 3 days is required.
